When this bridge was built, there was still vehicle traffic below, along Côte Ross. In 2017, the trains travel above cyclists and pedestrians. Paved pathways parallel the tracks west of this location.

The Canadian National Railway (CN) Champlain sub-division dates back to 1915. This bridge is at milepost 1.28 on the Champlain sub. The short bridge was designed for two sets of tracks but it is unlikely that that will ever be required.

Bridge Type: Rigid Frame (Concrete Deck and Supports)

Bridge Usage: Railroad

Moving Bridge: This bridge is static (has no moving pieces)
