This marble marker has the U.S. Marines symbol on the upper left corner and the Arizona Department of Corrections symbol on the upper right. In between is the name Adam G. Wade. Below that is carved Loving Memory Wife Family And Friends. Under that are the dates 3-7-1944 --- 12-3-1994. Bottom center is carved a motorcycle.
The marker is approximately 58 feet West of the western white stripe on the side of highway 79 at an angle of 88 degrees and 167 feet northwest of the intersection of the highway and Sidewinder Street on the North side of the highway.
