[DE] Am Rheinufer in Andernach, direkt vor der Anlegestelle des Geysirschiffes, befindet sich dieser Penny Smasher.

Es gibt zwei Motive zur Auswahl:

1. Abbildung des Kaltwasser Geysirs
2. Wahrzeichen von Andernach (Geysirzentrum, Rheintor, Kirche Maria Himmelfahrt, Runder Turm und Alter Krahnen)

Nach dem man sich für ein Motiv entschieden und es am Smasher entsprechend eingestellt hat wirft man nun eine 1 EUR-Münze und eine 5 Cent-Münze in die dafür vorgesehenen Schlitze am Gerät. Danach schiebt man die Vorrichtung mit den Münzen in das Gerät und dreht 10 mal an der Kurbel. Danach erfolgt der Auswurf der bearbeiteten 5 Cent-Münze.

After you have decided on a motif and adjusted it on the Smasher accordingly, you now throw a 1 EUR coin and a 5 cent coin into the slots provided for the device. Then push the device with the coins into the device and turn 10 times on the crank. The ejected 5 cent coin is then ejected.
