"THE DUNKIN HOUSE
1870
Pioneer cabin built by Harold T. Duncan near Sprott, in Perry County.
Partially constructed from an old schoolhouse structure.
Given to Tannehill Park in 1973 by Mr. Duncan’s descendants ……."
