Located on the east side of Highway 177, approximately 16 miles south of Ponca City, this is the water supply for the Otoe-Missouria Tribe. Tribal headquarters in located on the west side of the highway, and the water tower is located north of a housing addition operated by the tribal housing authority.

This is a cylindrical tower painted white, with the words "Otoe Missouria Tribe".
