The Yeager Hotel was built in 1903, and faces downtown Centerville's Court Square along Walnut Street.

The Yeager Building (later Cleveland's Food Store and vacant in 2017) is part of the US National Register Centreville Historic District in downtown Centreville AL.

18. Yeager Hotel (458 Walnut St.): 1898; brick, 2 stories, entrance through modern plate glass door, large plate glass display windows, metal awning, metal siding covering 2nd story, (presently occupied by Cleveland's Food Store)."
