The Beaverbrook library was the first branch in the Kanata Public Library system. It opened in the late 1960s, near the intersection of Teron and Beaverbrook. In 1996, the library building was opened beside the Mlacak Centre. Closed for more than a year, this new district branch library building was opened in 2014.
Hours of operation vary with the season. Check the web site.
