Cyril is a small agricultural town southwest of Chickasha and southwest of Oklahoma City. It lies at the juncture of Highways 277 and 19.
City Hall is located in the downtown area. The published address is 212 W. Main, however, the address shown on the City Hall door is 116 W. Main Street. This is a one-story brick storefront, painted white, with a flat canopy. There is a single entry door with four display windows. The clerestory windows have been covered with a blue panel.
The town of slightly more than 1000 people has a Mayor and Town Board. They have a police department with five officers. Little information can be found about the structure of the Cyril government. They do have a Facebook website.
