Percy Medicine was manufactured in this building until early 21st Century. Percy Medicine was patented by two men in Waco in 1904. It is still available for purchase to this day

The sign painted along the roofline of the brick building says: Percy Medicine in large lettering, underneath it is "for intestinal & stomach upsets".
The building is not owned by a company called "The Findery" which sell antique furniture, farmhouse style and rustic home decor.
