"Oberkassel - The first joggers and dog holders were surprised over unusual noise and bright floodlights on the Tuesday morning in the woods at Rabenlay. This is a miraculous experience“, said Martin Bredenbeck, manager of the Rhenish association for care of monuments and landscape protection from Cologne. [...] All around the panoramic platform must be still worked diligently. 16 boards should be appropriated in the railings.
„In the spring the platform should be opened, then all visitors can enjoy the spectacular view in the Rhine Valley“, explained Bredenbeck."
