Located just south of a beautifully restored R.I. passenger depot, this freight depot is currently vacant.

This freight depot is located at 3rd and Otoe, just south of the passenger depot. It is styled in Santa Fe architecture, with curved parapets over the entrances.
The arched window are covered with wood boarding. The raised freight opening has an arched top, and the wood covering is damaged. A metal storage building has been attached at the south end of the depot.
The passenger depot to the north has recently been renovated, and is currently a small restaurant and coffeehouse. It is hoped that this freight building will also be renovated at some point by the history-loving citizens of Ponca City.
