The Concord War With Spain Memorial is a bronze plaque attached to a small stone set in a circular cobblestone plaza at the north end of Concord Green. It is dedicated to the memory of three soldiers from Concord who died in Puerto Rico during the War with Spain. The contains a 5 pointed star at the top and a wreath of oak leaves around the sides. It is inscribed:
