The Company I 10th Massachusetts Regiment monument is located in the Meeting House Hill Cemetery at 732 Elm Street in West Springfield, MA.

A 15' brown sandstone obelisk is dedicated to the men of Company I of the 10th Massachusetts Regiment Infantry who died during the Civil War. The obelisk rests on a stepped pedestal which rests on a two stepped base.

The front, west side, of the pedestal is nicely carved with relief of an eagle standing on a United States shield with crossed flags beneath the shield. Below, on the front of the base is inscribed the dedication:
