My in-laws (ex-laws) had worked in Goroka, which in the highlands of Papua New Guinea, and where my -ex spent her first three years!
Directly opposite over The Waterfall Way (aka Grafton Road) is the Chandler Public School, but that is over a slight rise.
There would be about a hundred head of beef cattle on this 'spread'.
