FR L'Union Nationale Culture et Bibliothèque Pour Tous est une association reconnue d'utilité publique et agrée par le Ministère de la Jeunesse et des Sports. Elle réunit 90 associations départementale, et 1300 bibliothèques.
C'est le premier réseau de bibliothèques associatives de lecture publique en France. L'Association a pour but d'assurer un service culturel et social d’intérêt général.
Au village des Milles, la Bibliothèque pour Tous est présente 29, Rue Roger Chaudon.
