"Le littoral est de ce côté-ci beaucoup plus sauvage et rocheux. Le trou du Serpent marque l'emplacement où Saint-Pol-Aurélien, au VIe siècle, amena le dragon qui terrorisait l'île à se jeter dans la mer. Des panneaux explicatifs jalonnent le sentier informant sur la faune et la flore, la géologie... Le Roc'h , rocher en breton, porte bien son nom. La Grève Blanche est une superbe plage bordée de dunes."

"The shoreline on this side is much more wild and rocky. The Serpent's hole marks the site where Saint-Pol-Aurelian in the sixth century brought the dragon who terrorized the island to plunge into the sea. Explanatory panels dot the path giving information on the fauna and flora, geology ... The Roc'h, a rock in Breton, bears its name well ... La Grève Blanche is a superb beach lined with dunes.
