These are simple rock structures on a hillside overlooking the Imperial Valley which was Lake Cahuilla at various times in the past.

Ancient Lake Cahuilla formed a number of times in the past. You can read about the Fish Traps and the former lake's history here.
Park at Jackson St. and 66th Ave. Follow the dirt tire tracks along the fence line. Once past the fence follow the gps and the trail around the base of the hill.
They look like a bunch of rocks that any set of teenagers could pile up.
