A windmill in the Chino Hills State Park. While the windmill seems to be covered in vines, it did turn as the wind picked up in the afternoon.
There is no cost to view the windmill itself, there is a cost for the day use fee when you enter the park. Enjoy the hiking or mountain biking and nature. See the windmill while there.
