This cut bench mark is located in Rose Street, Sheerness. Cut in the side of a hotel on the side wall wall very close to the High Street. The top right hand of the horizontal mark has been damaged and the brickwork is chipped. The rest of the mark is in a good condition.
Ordnance Survey verified this mark in 1976 and describe the location as being at "BRITANNIA HOTEL SW SIDE HIGH ST SE FACE 2.6M E ANG"
