In der Schulstraße steht dieses steinerne Wegkreuz an der Außenmauer des Maxhauses. Ursprünglich war das barocke Backsteingebäude ein Kloster der Franziskaner. Mit der Säkularisation verlor das Gebäude 1803 seine Funktion als Kloster und wurde in eine Schule umgewandelt. Heute ist das ehemalige Klostergebäude eine Begegnungs- und Veranstaltungsstätte.
Das etwa 1 Meter hohe Steinkreuz mit Christuskorpus steht auf einem etwa 2 Meter hohen Steinsockel. Das Kreuz weist eine Konsole mit einer Expositionsnische auf. Eine Inschrift, aus der zu ersehen ist, wann oder warum das Kreuz aufgestellt wurde und von wem es gestiftet oder geschaffen wurde ist nicht mehr lesbar.

The approximately 1 meter high stone cross with Christ corpus stands on an approximately 2 meter high stone base. The cross has a console with an exposition nice. An inscription from which can be seen when or why the cross was placed and by whom it was donated or created is no longer readable.
