This Monarch Malleable wood burning stove is circa 1910 and is still in very nice condition. Its primary use, at this time, is for travel and other information displayed on the top and the cooking surface.
There are six removable cast iron cooking plates and two warming compartments. The white porcelain is in very good condition and the company monograms are nicely preserved.
Manufactured by the Malleable Iron Range Company in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin it was considered one the best ranges made and easier to use then other stoves sold at this time. It sold for $60.00 about double from what other stove were at the time.
