On the square in front of the town hall of Pajara is located this facility for the extraction of drinking water in Pajara.

The plant consists of a waterwheel with various collecting vessels, a large gear wheel, which has driven the water wheel and a wooden trunk.

For the extraction of drinking water, a mule was formerly bound to the log. The mule is then circulated until enough water has been collected.
