In the Norwood village of South Norwood is Boston Beef, an old style butcher shop.
The shop is located at the intersection of Washington Street and St. John Street, on the east side of Washington. It is on the first floor of a three-floor flat colored white. Parking is along the road.
The store was established in 1966.
The store offers all kinds of meats including beef, chicken, pork, and seafood. Cuts of meat are served, as well as prepared appetizers. Specialty items include corned beef, Buffalo tips, and pork crown roast.
I'm not sure about whether can provide kosher meat. They offer traditional meats like lamb, and there is a page that mentions Easter and Passover, but no specific text about providing kosher food.
