"An den Roten Turm schließt sich nach Westen das letzte noch sichtbare Stück der alten Stadtmauer an. Sie wird unter anderem von dem altstadtzugewandten Portal des Friedhofes durchbrochen. Das Eingangstor zu dem seit 1544 hier befindlichen Friedhof wurde 1855 unter Verwendung wertvoller, alter Marmorepitaphien neu errichtet." (visit link)
