Resté identique depuis la dernière guerre, le pont de Chauverne est très prisé des cinéastes. Il est un lieu important dans plusieurs saisons de la série "un village français" diffusées sur le petit écran . Il y figure le pont de la ligne de démarcation dans la fiction .
C'est un pont sur le Thaurion, très proche du barrage . Le site est magnifique et très prisé des pêcheurs
