Willow Cottage Bridge No 47 is a Grade II listed bridge on the Caldon Canal.
The description given by British Listed Buildings is as follows;
'Accommodation bridge. Early C19. Brick with stone cappings to piers.
Slightly concave faces, single elliptical arch (including towpath);
parapet and carriageway cambered over span. This section of the
Caldon Canal was opened circa 1779 to take limestone from Caldon

The Caldon Branch of the Trent and Mersey Canal was built between Etruria and Froghall in 1776 at a cost of £23,560 and opened in 1779. It was built specifically to carry limestone from the quarries at Cauldon Low, near Froghall to Stoke-on-Trent. (
