"Church Notre-Dame is a church located in Bruyères-et-Montbérault, France
A building is attested since 630 and in the eleventh century, while it is damaged and too small, work is being undertaken for its expansion. Beginning in 1080 and blessing in 1083. The church is then the seat of a deanery of the bishopric of Laon, which includes twenty-four parishes and seven annexes which were not dissolved until 1801. The church possessed the relics of Saints: Caprais, Léon, Félix, Thimothée, Armantuis, Féliassime and Pérégrinus.

The church suffered greatly from the wars of religion (in 1567 by the Huguenots and 1587 by the leaguers), from its transformation into stable by the revolutionaries, from the passage of the Russian armies in 1814 and transformation into German ambulance during the First War World.

The monument is classified as historic monuments in 1922.

The bell tower is off-center, it was built above the north transept.

The chevet includes a central apse and two Romanesque absidioles in the cul-de-four, they are very richly decorated on their exterior. A nave with six spans two aisles of the twelfth century. The western facade with its trinitarian set of stained-glass windows of the nave has inside a large tribune which hosts an organ.

In front of the choir, the pulpit in wood. With the restorations have been uncovered the murals that have been preserved.

The church is furnished with 18th century stone baptismal fonts, two statues, the Virgin and Jean from the 17th century and a Virgin of the magnificat, a work by Jean Jouvenet.
