A memorial mosaic in Coalville Park peace garden.
To mark the 100th anniversary of World War I a Peace Garden was opened at Coalville Park on 3rd November 2015.
It was officially opened by the deputy leader of North West Leicestershire District Council.
It features a central roundel with union flag with poppy and white dove, with two smaller outlying mosaics of poppies bearing the dates of the great wars 1914 - 1918 and 1939 - 1945.
