While the layout on the map of the streets of Weston is correct, the "You Are Here" indicator is pointing to the wrong side of Cessnock Rock (ie, pointing to the Weston Post Office), whereas the Civic Guide map is next to the Weston Chinese Restaurant, beside the Weston Memorial Park. There is a covered picnic table almost right by it, with a bubbler the other side.
From the 2011 census, Weston had a population of just over 3,500 and is 11 km east of Cessnock (Weston is part of the Cessnock City Council) (
