EN: These boulders are located at the northern end of the old fire pool in the center of Rünenberg. They are four glacial erratics. Unfortunately, nowhere is it indicated which glacier brought them here from what mountain. Two of the stones were made to monuments. One for the well-known Rünenberg citizen Johann August Sutter, the other for a military unit from the years 1939/1940. On the third is a plaque with the inscription "Nature Conservation, Glacial Erratic".
DE: Diese Findlinge befinden sich am nördlichen Ende des alten Feuerwehrteichs im Zentrum von Rünenberg. Es handelt sich um vier Steine. Leider ist nnirgendwo angegeben, welcher Gletscher sie wann aus welchem Gebirge hierher gebracht hat. Zwei der Steine wurden zu Denkmälern gemacht. Einer für den bekannten Rünenberger Bürger Johann August Sutter, der andere für eine militärische Einheit aus den Jahren 1939/1940. Auf dem dritten befidet sich eine Plakette mit der Aufschrift: "Naturschutz. Erratischer Block".
