The entrance to this cemetery is directly opposite to what is now a Wedding Chapel, the former Roman Catholic Church, St Patrick's of Nulkaba. While the cemetery 'fronts' Wine Country Drive, the entrance is from Kerlew Street.

The Cessnock Cemetery is located just off of Wine Country Drive, Cessnock. The original monumental cemetery at Cessnock is divided into denominational portions and contains monuments dating from 1800.
