Unfortunately, being 'the wrong side of the railway line' means that security needs to beefed up a lot. So there is a substantial security fence around the premises.

I have come across some of their youth, as they have joined in with the Port Macquarie Church Pathfinder Club. As such, they have a strong presence in their Koori community. While there isn't a local Adventist School on the premises, there is one about a kilometre away at the South Kempsey SDA Church.

From the South Pacific Record (the weekly magazine for Adventists in Australia, etc) is an article about one of the former children of this Church, and how he went away, and currently turning his way around: (visit link)
