They don't make sense to me.Apart from mentioning the Longitude FIRST, those coordinates are NOT in the typical DEGREES (°), but as 10 hr (hours, where 1 hour = 15°). Then instead of having the MINUTE symbol ('), an (m) is used, and likewise for the SECOND, instead of ("), an (s) is used; with the hemisphere following the string of numbers - WHAT !?!

So, I have the Longitude OUT by 51.283', or 51 minutes and 17 seconds.
And the Latitude is 31" (seconds) further south than what I measured!
