This is the so-called 'Zollernschloss'. It is a medieval castle inside the city of Balingen, Germany, Baden-Württemberg. It has its own entry at the German Wikipedia.
The castle was originally built in the 13th or 14th century.
The whole castle has been pulled down in the 1930ths. It was rebuilt with the original components.
Today it is used as a museum for Balance and weight. In one part of the castle is the local youth hostel located.
