There are wavy patterns above the doors and a globe on top. There are two doors, each has a globe, one is Asia-Africa-Australia, there other the Americas.

Built in 1939 by Truman A. Lacey, funded by the PWA, it has art deco features. The building was Vestal's first high school, now it has the Vestal Senior Center, administration offices, small businesses and an alternative high school.

On January 3, 1939, the Vestal Central High School opened, and the first graduating class of 29 students received their diplomas on June 25, 1940.
