While there is a nice ramp to access the entry for the pool, there doesn't appear to be much more to assist the wheelchair bound swimmer. As the following Website states, there is no on-site life guard.

The 'local name' of The Bucketts Way is Cowper Street, with the pool on the corner of Millbrook Road.

"Stroud swimming pool comprises a five lane 25m x 19.4m main pool ranging in depth form 1m to 1.7m and a toddlers pool complete with shade cover. This pool is unsupervised and had NO lifeguard service. Opening hours are daily from 7am to 7pm during the swimming season which is generally from the spring school holidays in September until the next April."

From the sign at the entrance, by, "The Great Lakes Council" - prior to the merging of 3 local councils to the MidCoast Council in May 2016:
1 This pool is unsupervised
2 Children must be supervised by an adult
3 No Diving - running, pushing or unruly behaviour
4 No glass containers. Pool Hrs am til pm
5 Pool will be closed from 7am - 11am every Tuesday for maintenance.
