Home of an AMAZING ice cream treat. Each order is hand-made from scratch ingredients on a freezing tray. Slabs of frozen cream are rolled up and place in a cup for the customer.

I have to admit I was skeptical when told that this was the best ice cream ever. I was especially bummed that the line was out the door on our arrival.
Described as Thai Rolled Ice Cream, each Icicle cream roll is made in front of you with fruit and various toppings of your choosing to create a light and delicious frozen dessert.
There are about 10 preparation stations, a freezing tray of metal, where the ingredients are added, mixed and prepared in front of you. The menu has twelve offerings. After making your selection, your server adds cream and the ingredients to the tray. The ingredients are then hand chopped, mixed and stirred, finally producing a thin slab of frozen cream on the freezing tray. The mixture is sliced and then removed with what seems to be a putty knife. As the slab is scraped off the tray, the ice cream rolls itself into a spiraled tube. These tubes are placed in a serving cup for the customer and additional toppings can be added. The process is not fast, but the result is extremely tasty.
