Auf dem Poppelsdorfer Friedhof im Bereich des Urnenhains befindet sich das Mausoleum der Familie Beitzke. Dabei handelt es sich um ein ca. 2x3 Meter großes steinerenes Gebäude mit einem Giebeldach. Ein kleiner, zugewachsener Weg und ein paar Stufen führen zur Eingangstür aus Metall.

At the cemetery of Poppelsdorf, in the area of the urn grove, there's the mausoleum of the family Beitzke. It is a stone building of about 2x3 meters size with a gable roof. A small, overgrown path and a few stairs lead to the front door, which is made from metal.

History: I was not able to find any historical background on the mausoleum or the family Beitzke whatsoever. Judging from the condition of the mausoleum, it seems to be quite old. Only the front door seems to have been renewed lately.
