This sign seems like it should come straight out of the classic BBC sci-fi series 'Dr Who'. When we saw this, we had visions of Cybermen rounding up humans to be "upgraded" or "deleted".
The sign is located in the 400 block of S Blue Bell Road.
We like to tell ourselves that it's merely an accident of word choice, that what they MEANT to say is that this is the drive-up garbage collection station for citizens who got skipped or who have discards the city won't pick up.
This interpretation allows us to sleep at night.
