This mountain is called Filzenkogel. On the top of the mountain (2,227 meter or 7,307 feet high) is a summit cross and a Summit Register Book in the box at the summit cross. The path to the top of this mountain is shown on this map: (visit link)

You need about 30 to 60 minutes to climb up to the summit register, if you previously used the cable car / mountain railway "Ahornbahn". If you walk all the way, you will need some hours (I did it the short way).
