The cross and angle is a family plot marker, with just the name: McMahill. The odd thing is on the Find-A-Grave listing for this cemetery, no McMahill's are listed as being buried here.
Wish I took pictures of the adjoining stones.

The angle is life size, about 5'5", and the cross over 10' Nothing on the back.
I do not know artist of date of erection.
