Village of Neudorf
Commemorating Our Centennial

Neudorf was officially recognized with the open of the post office in 1895, located about 200 yards north of here. in 1904 the CP Railway came to the village playing a major role in the growth of Neudorf. Neudorf became a divisional point on the CPR line. The influx of Railroaders attracted business and settlers, turning Neudorf into a thriving community. Neudorf incorporated in 1905 as a village.

Ludwig L. Wendel. donated the land for the village on the condition it be named Neudorf after his home town in Austria.
