Matthias Hietz ist der Schöpfer der Figurengruppe für den Brunnen am Vorplatz der Wohnhausanlage - das 1954 geschaffene Kunstwerk steht unter Denkmalschutz. Der Künstler erhielt 1961 den Kulturpreis des Landes Niederösterreich und ist der Gründer des "ständigen Künstlersymposiums" neben dem Steinbruch in Lindabrunn in Niederösterreich.

Matthias Hietz is the creator of the group of figures for the fountain on the forecourt of the residential house - the 1954 created work of art is under monument protection.
