Die Kompassrose an der Bremer Schlachte (Weserpromenade) ist der größte Kompass von Bremen und ziert seit 1965 die Bremer Innenstadt. Die aus Kupfer gefertigte Kompassrose trägt im Zentrum das Relief der Bremer Stadtmusikanten. Neben den vier Himmelsrichtungen sind auch die Richtungen zu 80 Welt- und Hafenstädten sowie die Entfernungen zu diesen dargestellt.
The compass rose on the Bremer Schlachte (Weserpromenade) is the largest compass of Bremen and stands in Bremen's inner city since 1965. The compass rose made of copper carries in the center the relief of the Bremen city musicians. In addition to the four geographic directions, the directions to 80 world ports and port cities as well as the distances to these are also shown.
