At the corner of Main Street and W. 3rd (E. Broadway), is a small triangular memorial park dedicated to town founder, Charles Page. At the east edge of this park is a free standing Centennial clock surrounded by shrubbery.
This is a four-faced clock with Roman numerals. Above the clock face, facing West is the name of the town, Sand Springs. The clock is standing on a brick base. On the ground in front of it is a bronze plaque reading: "Oklahoma Centennial / 1907-2007 / Centennial Clock"
