This bell tower is located in Lions Park just off Plank Rd in Vienna, Ontario. There is no signage or plaques at the base of the tower. I believe it could have been the bell for the Vienna School (there is a plaque dedicated to ex-pupils of this school who served in World War I nearby) however I cannot confirm.
