Blasterz love these small -town (well, FORMERLY SMALL in the case of Humble) municipal water tanks showing offf their town's the high school mascots and pride.

This tank was built in the 1934 (Source: NGS Datasheet), and looks like it has had a new paint job in the last 5-10 years (as of 2017) to read:
