Initially a small trailer, they have expanded to provide a small, indoor seating area, but as of this posting, they are planning to expand again. Business has been good!
Your options include brisket (chopped and sliced), pulled pork, turkey, sausage, ribs, chicken (half or whole), and baked potatoes. You may also order your food by the pound, and there are plate and sandwich options that include potato salad, baked beans, smoked corn, and cole slaw. You can even get a smoked bologna sandwich. They have some packages that will feed a family, depending on whether you go with a whole chicken meal and the fixin's ($25), or a meat package with all the fixin's for $55.
Soft drinks, bottled water, and the ubiquitous iced tea are available, and you can take your pick of banana pudding or peach cobbler for dessert, if you plan to still have room.
