"Commemorating the men and women of the United States Coast Guard who answered the call in supporting worldwide combat operations since 1790. Especially dedicated to those Coast Guardsmen serving in the various theaters of operation during World Wars I and II, Korea, Vietnam, Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm, Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom and acknowledging those Coast Guard Reservists from the Buffalo, Cleveland and Milwaukee Regions that Pioneered the first concept of port security units in 1985."
