This plaque is located at the Buffalo and Erie County Naval & Military Park in Buffalo, New York. It is one of several plaques on the wall of the main building accessible to public. It was placed by the Erie County Council of Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States of America on May 30th, 2002.

TEXT:
"IN MEMORIAM
In solemn and grateful respect, we dedicated this plaque to the memory of those honest and true American men and women who have died in war in the service of our country and the freedom of man. May they rest in peace, secure in the knowledge that through their efforts, the United States of America will continue to survive in the true tradition of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness and peace."
